Who runs them
Giveaways and contests in Palia Pal are run by Radish Softworks (hello@paliapal.com). Each one's name, dates, prizes and what a prize is worth are shown on it in the app; those details are part of these rules. They aren't run, sponsored or endorsed by Singularity 6, Discord or Twitch.
Who can enter
Anyone 13 or older with a free Palia Pal account that has an in-game name, where giveaways like these are allowed (void where prohibited). If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian first. One account per person: entries from several accounts held by one person don't count. People who run Palia Pal can't win.
How to enter
No purchase is necessary, and paying for anything (a Palia Pal membership included) never adds entries or improves your chances.
- Giveaways: everyone can earn up to three entries the same way: tap Enter; use Palia Pal on the number of different days the giveaway says while it's open; and join in, by posting on the Showcase or hosting or joining a party while it's open.
- Contests: post one entry of your own work on the Showcase while the contest takes entries, following its rules and the host's.
- Referral races: streamers and Discord servers enrolled by Palia Pal compete as described on the race page; the giveaways they win for their community follow these rules.
How winners are picked
Giveaways are drawn at random after they close, each entry a ticket, and nobody wins twice in the same draw. Your odds depend on how many people enter and how many entries each earned. Contests are judged on the work, against the contest's theme, by the host's judges (or Palia Pal's for its own), and the Community favorite is the entry with the most votes from signed-in players when voting closes (a tie goes to the entry that came in first). Winners are shown in the app, and Palia Pal may message you there.
Prizes
Prizes are in-game items, sent by hand, in game, to the in-game name on the winning account, usually within 30 days. They have no cash value, can't be swapped for money or moved to someone else, and are taxed, if at all, as the law where you live says. If a prize can't be sent (the name doesn't exist, or the item isn't available), we may send one of similar value or draw another winner. Prizes depend on Palia's own rules for gifts, which can change.
Everything else
We may disqualify entries that break these rules, the Terms of Use or the host's rules, or that try to game a draw or a vote; and we may change, pause or call off a giveaway or contest if something outside our control or a problem with entries makes it unfair. By entering a photo contest that says so, you let Palia Pal show your entry and share it, credited to you. What we keep about entries is in the Privacy Policy. Disputes follow the Terms of Use.
