Terms of Use

Effective 2026-10-07. The rules for using Palia Pal, in plain words.

Using Palia Pal

Palia Pal (the app at paliapal.com, its iPhone app, its guide pages and its Discord bot) is run by Radish Softworks. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Palia Pal is free to use; the only paid part is the optional Server tier for Discord servers (below).

Fan-made

Palia Pal is a fan-made companion. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Singularity 6 or Palia's publisher. Palia and its names, art and other material are theirs. Game pictures are shown to identify items; the Palia wiki's text is used under CC BY-SA 4.0, credited on each page that uses it.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it any time in Settings → Account.

What you post

Some things you enter can be seen by others: in-game names, trade listings and offers, garden plans and their names, parties, home tours and their pictures, Supporter pictures, server descriptions, pile reports and giveaway details. You keep what's yours; you let us store and show it in Palia Pal (and in Discord, where you use the bot) for as long as it's up. Only post what you're happy for others to see, and nothing you don't have the right to post.

Names and notes go through a filter. We may hide or remove anything, and listings and pictures that several people report are hidden automatically. Supporter pictures must be yours to use (your own logo or art, or with the artist's permission) and must not include anyone's personal information. Home tour pictures must be screenshots of your own plot in Palia.

Showcase posts are for things made for or about Palia: your own work, or someone else's with their name and a link to where they posted it. Don't post anything personal about anyone. If a maker asks for their work to come down, it comes down: write to hello@paliapal.com or report the post.

Rules

Please don't:

  • post anything hateful, harassing, sexual, or that shares someone's personal information;
  • pretend to be someone else, including Palia Pal or Palia's developers;
  • use the trade market, cooking parties or giveaways to buy or sell in-game items or accounts for real money, or to scam anyone;
  • send false pile reports, flood reports, or try to get around the limits (one listing a device, and so on);
  • scrape, overload or attack Palia Pal, or use it to break Palia's or Discord's own rules.

We may limit or block anyone who does.

Discord and giveaways

Server managers who use the bot are responsible for how they use it in their server, including following Discord's terms. Giveaways run with Palia Pal are free to enter; no purchase is needed. The host decides the prize and sends it in game, by hand. Palia Pal only runs the entries and the draw, and doesn't guarantee that a host sends a prize. Prizes are never sold, and Palia Pal never logs into the game or sends anything automatically. Type /forget-me to remove what the bot keeps about you.

Game data

Palia Pal's game information comes from the community-run Palia wiki and from players' reports, so it can be incomplete, out of date or wrong: fish times, where things are, today's rummage piles, villagers' wants and more. Please double-check anything that matters in the game itself.

No warranty

Palia Pal is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, always available, free of errors or right for your purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties. Features can change or stop at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Radish Softworks isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost progress in any game or lost in-game items, arising from Palia Pal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using Palia Pal any time and delete your data as the Privacy Policy explains. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, or wind down Palia Pal, telling you ahead of time where we reasonably can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in California, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for big changes say so in the app's What's new. Using Palia Pal after a change means you accept it.
