Every tier takes 10,000 Lunar XP, so all 14 take 140,000. Each daily quest gives 5,000, so doing both dailies every day is one tier a day: about 14 days for the whole path from dailies alone. Skill XP adds Lunar XP on top, 10× while you have Rest XP (it builds up for up to 24 hours when you're away).

Rule — Lunar XP earned with no path active is lost. Activate this one first (the lightning bolt in its corner of the Lunar Paths screen).
