  1. Find An Unmarked Letter in a Rummage Pile in Bahari Bay and read it.
    • The letter will be located in the Quest tab of your inventory.
  2. Return the letter to its proper owner, Hassian.
  3. Search for the remaining letters for Hassian by hunting chapaas in either Kilima Valley or Bahari Bay.
  4. Return the missing letters to Hassian.
