Walkthrough

1. Start the quest
   • Show the spoiler

     Interact with the candle south-east of Royal Highlands - House of Nightshade fast travel. It is in a cove along the shore near an Enfield Vaults.
2. Find the 'Standing Stones'
   • Show the spoiler

     There's a note attached to the candle that references 'Standing Stones.' These Stones can be found on the hill south of Lonely Glen, where a small circle of stones can be seen on the map.
3. Wait to light the candle
   • Show the spoiler

     Wait until near to or at midnight in the center of the stones and you will receive a prompt to light the candle. After a cutscene, you can then pickup a rock.
4. Return to Binnie to recieve your reward and end the quest
