Appearance

Najuma is a shy Majiri child with short reddish-orange hair that deepens into a warm purple at the tips. A single, shoulder-length braid bound with a bright, blue hair-tie hangs in front of her right ear. There is a light dusting of freckles across her face, and a small, white, adhesive bandage covers a wound on her right cheek. Her eyes are a light brown; the right eye partially hidden by her bangs, and both shadowed by the oversized, round lenses of the protective goggles strapped to her head. She wears a long-sleeved, tan tunic with a cranberry red high-collar, buttoned at the shoulder and cinched close to her waist with a leather tool-belt. Her right hand is clad in leather, while her left is bare. Worn and patched green work-pants are cut off on the left side just above the "knee" of her prosthetic leg. The prosthetic appears to have a single-axis knee joint, that may have some sort of power function based on the red glow on either side of the joint. Just above the top of her left boot is a cuff of metal with vertical, glowing, red lines, as though it may also have power running to it. All of her attire looks like it has been patched and mended, held together with some sort of wrap or tape. Various engineering supplies can be seen sticking out from the overstuffed, brown, leather, cross-body bag resting at her back.
