Biography
Tarkaa is likely a traveling bard -- hailing from Inyrevn, they are mentioned by Delaila and Badruu (Delaila says that she hasn't seen Badruu so happy since Tarkaa's concert was cancelled , and Badruu refers to them as "an overrated hack" ) Additionally, the Homestead Lute description states that "Traveling bards are great, but even Tarkaa can't be everywhere at once." However, Jel has dialogue suggesting that they are a travelling merchant, instead ; this is supported by the Found Item Quest "Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow."
