How to get Tattered Cloth
Dropped by Ghastly Jaakcats during Spiritfest. It's only around during Spiritfest, through October 31, 2026.
Tattered Cloth, meanwhile, can be collected from the prowling Ghastly Jaakcats, a type of spectral Jaakcat with little interest in being friendly.
Bring both Ectoplasm and Tattered Cloth to the Bulletin Board and put your Spiritfest finds to good use.
