How cooking together works
If you are playing with others you can cook dishes together!
Every player interacting with a recipe in progress, either by starting the recipe or by completing at least one cooking minigame, will receive the same quality and quantity of the finished dish. The only prerequisite to help is to be on the same housing plot as the player starting the recipe.
Working together will make cooking dishes quicker, as some parts of the recipe could be done simultaneously.

That's why cooking parties work: one host starts the recipe, everyone takes a part, and everyone walks away with the dish.
Who brings what
When you host a cooking party in Palia Pal, every ingredient becomes a role with the amount for the whole batch. For 50 Sashimi, that's 50 of each. Guests sign up for the ingredient they'll bring and add it to their shopping list in one tap.
The kitchen each dish needs 11
The stations one cook uses, from each dish's recommended order on the wiki. A bigger kitchen lets more of the party work at once.

Being a great cook at a party
- Keep only what your role needs in your bags; put the rest in storage so you don't use the wrong thing.
- Take off animated outfits and put pets away: less lag for everyone.
- Bring focus food if the host asks.
- Tap My part's done when your ingredient is in.
Questions
Does everyone get the dish in a Palia cooking party?
Every player interacting with a recipe in progress, either by starting the recipe or by completing at least one cooking minigame, will receive the same quality and quantity of the finished dish. The only prerequisite to help is to be on the same housing plot as the player starting the recipe.
How do I join someone's cooking?
Be on the same housing plot as the player who starts the recipe, then do at least one step of it.
What kitchen does a cooking party need?
It depends on the dish. For example Bean Burger: 2× Prep station, Oven, Stove, Mixing station; Sashimi: Stove, 2× Prep station; Celebration Cake: Mixing station, Oven, 2× Prep station.
Why do hosts ask people to remove animated outfits?
Lots of players and effects on one plot can make the game lag or disconnect people. Plain outfits and no pets help the party run smoothly.
