Objectives

Part 1

• Find Ashura in Kilima.

Ashura took you to your new housing plot. Talk to Hodari or Ashura to learn more!

Part 3

It's time to clean up your new home sweet home. First you need to clean it up a bit. Use your axe and pickaxe to remove the debris broken off your house. You can tell which elements are debris by the arrows above them. ↷ Return to Ashura and Hodari

• 0/3 Clear some debris from the plot.

Part 4

Now that you've cleared the debris, fix up your new old home. ↷ Return to Ashura and Hodari

• Fix up broken house by submitting materials to sign.

Part 5

Place your worktable by selecting it in your action bar. Then move it into place.

Part 6

Now that you have a work table, you can build a few pieces of furniture to make your house a home. Interact with the worktable to open up the crafting menu. Once you've crafted them, place the furniture on your plot to spiffy it up! ↷ Return to Ashura and Hodari

• Craft a wooden storage chest at the workbench and place it on your plot.
• Craft a wardrobe and place it.
• Craft a chair and place it.

Walkthrough

1. After talking to Jina and Hekla, head out of the cave. Your compass is located at the top center of the screen. Follow the villager icon marked on your compass!
2. When you find Ashura, talk with him and he will teleport with you to your new Housing Plot, where you'll find Hodari.
3. At the housing plot, you'll see that the Chapaas have destroyed your housing sign. Hodari will also be clearing some debris. Talk to him or Ashura.
4. Using either the Makeshift Axe or Makeshift Pick, clear some debris.
   • Use the axe and pick to clear barrels and broken walls from the plot three times. You must loot the drops for the quest to progress. Trees and rocks do not count as debris.
5. After cleaning some debris, Ashura and Hodari help you repair your new house.
   • Interact with the construction sign on your front steps and submit the required Sapwood and Stone.
   • This earns you your first accomplishment!
6. After repairing your house, Hodari will give you a Worktable. Place that on your plot.
   • There are several methods to place your items in your plot:
   • Select the item on the action bar and click (on PC) or (on Switch) to pop it on your plot. Then find a place you like and click to place.
   • Enter the editing grid (or). Then select the item on your action bar. Then find a place you like and click to place.
   • Press or to get a top-down view of the plot, making it easier to place larger objects.
   • Now let's start decorating! Open the Worktable by interacting with it (or) and craft a Wooden Storage Chest, Log Cabin Wardrobe and Log Cabin Dining Chair. Place these items the same way you placed the workbench.
7. Return to Ashura and Hodari, who tell you to head into town to learn some new skills!
